Contract:

• By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outlined by G.PXLS.

Late Arrivals:

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for scheduled sessions.
• Arrivals beyond this time may result in additional fees or reduced session time.
• If a client is significantly late, the session may be canceled and require a new booking to reschedule.

Photo Delivery:

• Edited photos are typically delivered within 7–10 days after the session.
• Faster delivery options are available for an additional fee.

Deposits:

• A $40 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
• Remaining balances must be paid before or at the start of the session or event.

Studio Bookings:

• If a professional studio space is used, clients are responsible for reserving the studio unless otherwise arranged.
• Portable studio setups may be available depending on the session and location.

Additional Edits & Add-Ons:

• Clients may purchase additional edited images at $25 per photo
